We are over the moon with the amazing response! With more backers, we will be better equipped to bring you amazing future products. More Backers also mean higher volume orders, which means longer production times for our sweatshop-free manufacturer.
We want to be responsible and accountable to all parties. In order to ensure the delivery times for everyone that pledged so far, we are implementing a tiered delivery schedule:
The first 500 backers will receive their baselayers in late Jan/early Feb as we originally stated.
All backers after that will receive their baselayers in March/early April.
There are still plenty more spots left before we hit 500! If friends and family are interested, tell them to act fast ;)

Thank you so much for your incredible support! We reached this goal in less than 36 hours. We are now stepping up the pace to develop a thicker, expedition ready baselayer for harsher temperatures.
We’ll be looking into different types of wool and their properties (including softness, thermal insulation properties), where to source them from (with a focus on sustainability and water efficiency), what type of Tencel to blend with the wool, what blend ratio we’ll use in order to get the best qualities out of both materials, how thick to make it, what weave we’ll use, and much more!
Our main Tencel baselayer is perfect for winter sport and every day winter wear, but what we're working on now will be the ultimate Wool+Tencel blend that will keep you warm through harsh expedition level conditions.
Our next stretch goal is coming up soon (we hope!) and as you know, it's the ultra light short sleeve version, requested by many folks, especially those on the west coast!

We have an update for international shipping. The reason the international shipping rate starts at $25 is because we are currently planning on manually shipping the packages to international backers via registered airmail either through USPS or DHL. The current international shipping rates are the lowest price we were quoted.
We looked into ways to reduce the shipping cost. Currently the only way to reduce it is to use untracked USPS shipping. Here are the possible price reductions:
1 top OR bottom $25 > $18 (SAVE $7)
1 top AND 1 bottom $30 > $25 (SAVE $5)
2 tops AND 2 bottoms $40 > $30 (SAVE $10)
There are no further ways to reduce the international shipping cost at this point beyond those pledge levels. We will look into further methods to reduce international shipping cost if we have a large enough pool of international backers. Please stay tuned for further updates.
Remember, if you choose to go with the untracked option, you will NOT be able to see the location and estimated delivery time of your shipment.
International backers, if you decide to go with this reduced shipping option, please send us a note and we will issue you a partial refund after the campaign ends.
