We can't wait to get these awesome baselayers to you (we have been wearing the production prototypes for 5 days now and boy are they comfortable!) We have finalized the final design and implemented quality assurance procedures & personnel with our manufacturing partner. And... we also have the packaging design :) We're keeping it pure and raw by printing directly on 100% recycled materials and using a sticker to designate each SKU:

Big Production Update

Hi Everyone! A lot of stuff happened on the production side of things this past week!
Mike flew over to China this week to prep the production and ensure everything is ready to go once this kickstarter campaign completes. Here are some important items that got done:
We made the down payment for manufacturing:
We've backed and witnessed campaigns that were raring to go when the Kickstarter ends, only to realize it takes a while for the funds to transfer over. We've eliminated the possibility of such delay by spotting the initial production fee with our own savings, so that production can literally start immediately.
We got a fashion professor to be our QA specialist:
We're doing everything we can to make sure all our backers get the high quality piece of Element Pure they deserve. To ensure this, we need a highly experienced quality assurance expert to personally oversee the manufacturing process in China and make sure everything is up to snuff. That's why we're so lucky to have enlisted the former professor of fashion at Shandong University as our China-based QA expert!

While the prototype was really great, being on site meant we could nitpick and catch all the little details to improve on. Our new QA expert gave a lot of good suggestions and we immediately made another version to see the changes through. Quality just went up another notch! We can't wait to get the final baselayer into your hands!
