Hi backers, since we have started shipping out your items, it's very important you verify the address you filled out in the Backerkit Survey. You can access your survey via this link:

Here are some things to look out for.

1. Don't forget to fill in the Unit/Apartment Number 

2. Make sure there's no typo on the house/street number

3. Check the zip/postal code

4. If you are moving soon, let us know via Facebook / [email protected]

This is particularly important if you are an international backer, since the wrong address will often mean the post office will simply keep or destroy the item. 

If you discover an error, please notify us immediately. The fastest way is Facebook.

Shipment Update!

Hello Awesome Backers!

We have a great update for everyone :D 

The manufacturing is almost complete and we will be air lifting more than 2700 pieces of baselayers here very soon! We expect to be able to start shipping your orders out by mid-February (fingers crossed for US Customs!)  We were able to snap a few quick pics to show you how each piece will be packaged. They'll be extra safe and clean as we are wrapping each piece with tissue paper, sealing it up with a sticker, and boxing each piece individually!

Here's also a quick preview of the v-neck for you guys who ordered it! By the way, we used a much better printing technology so the label & care instructions won't peel off after a few washes. No one likes unreadable flaky labels!

We'll send you another update as soon as the baselayers are ready to be mailed out. You won't have to wait much longer, thank you again for your support and patience!

So far over 85% of you have already answered our Bacerkit survey! This is GREAT :D

We have started the manufacturing process and expect to be able to deliver as schedule in February. However! If you have not yet answered the survey, you have until Jan 1st 2016 to complete it or you order maybe delayed until the March - April fulfillment cycle. So if you want to be sure you can get it in the first batch then please fill out the survey ASAP!

We're using Backerkit for Survey & Add-ons

Hi Everyone! Basically just 2 days left before the campaign ends. We have a very important update for you today.

We've decided to use BackerKit to handle our survey and add-on process! Many of you asked us to use this service, so we looked into it and were more than happy to oblige. It'll allow us to stay very organized and streamline our fulfilment process. 

And its even better news for you! It means hassle free add-on selection, and having the freedom to mix & match pledge items to your hearts content.

It also means you can wait until later to decide on add-ons, because with BackerKit, add-ons are done after the campaign ends but still uses our discounted Kickstarter prices. Oh! And if you change your mind, you can adjust your shipping address and add-on options easily at anytime, until a certain point of course. We'll announce the cut-off date for doing add-ons soon.

Because of this, please do not add any more add-ons to your current pledge right now. Wait to do it within your Backerkit Fulfilment Survey. It'll be much easier for you guys.

For those who have already pledged more for add-ons during the campaign, don't worry one bit! Your extra pledged amount will be turned into Backerkit credits to spend on add-ons at the same prices, allowing you to tell us exactly what you ordered with ease.
